These outages also impact the DACH registration process. We apologize for the inconvenience that this causes. We are working to assess and resolve these outages and updated information will be posted to this site when available. Until then, expect high call volumes and longer wait times. Information for DACH Registrants Only: • There is no violation if you cannot/do not register with the DACH. A company is only in violation if they fail to register and need to either conduct a query or report information to the Clearinghouse. If an employer does not plan to hire anyone after the January 6, 2020 DACH compliance date, then they can choose to wait to register until they need to report information or conduct the first limited annual query. • If you do need to hire, report information or conduct a DACH inquiry, we suggest that you register directly at the DACH website at https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/. as an interim step until the FMCSA Portal is fully operational. Note that the DACH is also experiencing a high volume of calls, so you may be asked to leave a message for a call-back. You are able to register for a Clearinghouse account at this time without linking to your Portal account.
